R V Institute of Management values students with prior work experience as they help to bring maturity in their approach. Though the number of students enrolled to full time RVIM MBA programme with long term experience is considerably small but our experience tells us that students prior work experience find greater opportunity in higher hierarchy.

Placement cell interacts with recruiting companies and their clients to arrange for interviews keeping aligned with students career interest. The company in turn sends their offer letters after preliminary recruitment process.
