R.V. Institute of Management offers both kinds of placement opportunity for the students one is On-campus and the other is Off Campus placements.

Placement cell interacts with recruiting companies and their clients to arrange for interviews keeping aligned with students career interest and place them On campus and Off campus.

We provide opportunity for the students to be placed On campus where the companies visit our campus for placements. We also conduct Off campus placements in a common place it may be in a college or in the organization where students from different colleges will take part.

The common selection process that the companies would normally follow is:

• Pre Placement Talk
• Written Test
• Group Discussion
• Technical Interview
• Personal Interview

Once the student is selected, he / she will be given an offer letter. Company executive may provide guidelines about joining procedure and other prerequisites once the students join the Organization.
