Poojya M.C.Sivananda Sarma Founder Secretary, Rashstreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust was a true Gandian committed to realize and actualize his dreams vision with selfless dedication to the cause of education as his motto. He established the first institution “ R V Higher Primary School “ during pre-independence period of India in the year 1940. He shaped their future with a zeal overcoming all the hurdles and as a result  the institutions he established have attained international level and fame.
