R.V. Institute of Management's MBA Program strives to develop effective leaders of industry with ethical and human values to reshape the nation’s destiny through increased productivity of the organization. The training programme prepares young minds for challenging managerial opportunities of the 21st century with a global awareness rooted in the Indian soil, nourished by the wisdom of the Great Management Gurus.

The management-training programme is designed to impart knowledge, develop specialized skills and foster essential attitudes for the students to grow as competent and responsible managers. It emphasizes conceptual and analytical reasoning, communication skills and computer proficiency and gives the students insight into the business world.

RVIM value addition programmes and Bangalore University structured curriculum gives you the rights blend for an outstanding achievement in the field of Business Administration. First semester core subjects provide the new aspiring entrant with the knowledge of general management while the subsequent semesters allows to choose electives portfolio. RVIM structures its programmes schedule to include eight hours per week to develop core skills needed for recruitment through department of placement and training, entrepreneurial skills through EDP cell and life skills through its centers for excellence.
